I'm Crafting | Sarah Costain | Multi Photos

Sarah here today with my Multi photo layout for this month.

I decided to create a grid layout with 4 small photos. I knew I wanted to layer lots of papers behind each one and wanted a nice gap between them so didn't print them very large.

To begin with I created my background with texture paste and ink spray in white to contrast with the black background.

Whilst this dried I added my layers of paper and some raffia ribbon to the back of each photo with layers of foam to add some height.

The photos were added to the dry background with a T ruler to help keep them straight and I added a title ephemera piece to the centre popped up on more foam.

I used some crafty stickers around the edge of my photos and some button stickers instead of sequins or enamel dots around my background.

Finally I added some golden yellow ink splashes to my background for a little more colour and my layout was done.

Hi - Essie here with my layout for our multi-photo theme. I've used three 4x6 photos (which I've cut down slightly) in a vertical row which is my favourite layout for more than one photo.  

 I've used black cardstock as my background and added a title and embellishments to the right side of the page.

I've created a shaker pocket using a cut file and sheets of acetate which I filled with sequins and glitter for lots of sparkle. 

I also used a cut file for my title which I heat embossed with gold glitter embossing powder for even more bling - after all a princess can't have too much sparkle. The papers and embellishments are from Shimelle's 'Head in the Clouds' and 'Sparkle city' collections.

Multi-photos - Stephanie Louise - Good Times at Post Malone -

Hi All,

A very warm welcome to this months blog post and my layout of this months challenge - multiple photos...I have used Paige Taylor Evans Whimsical range for this layout and I hope you like the page...

I started with a dark green page of text and added some stencilled arrows using white texture paste.  I then added some white and pink splashes of acrylic and popped it to one side to dry.

When I was looking to find photos for this layout I couldn't find four photos that worked together that were the same way round, so I decided to use three portrait and one landscape and I stuck them all onto one piece of mustard yellow floral paper (using foam risers) from the whimsical collection.  I used a ruler to draw round the shape before cutting it out.

Once I had done that I stick the piece of paper with my photos on it onto the right hand side of my layout making sure I popped the tape in the centre of it so I could tuck the shapes and ephemera under.

Digging through the collection I came across a scrap of paper with hexagons on it, I fussy cut all of them out (even the half ones), distressed the edges and placed them under the photos, some were under the paper and the photos some just under the photos.  I also used foam riders on the outside edge of the hexagons to lift the layout a little.  I also added floral pieces where there were gaps in the hexagon border.

I added the title and the top left cluster before adding a sprinkling of turquoise and silver sequins to complete my layout.

Use a Filter... | Sheena Rowlands | Multi photo

Hi there UK Scrap Addicts, Sheena here again.

Our  challenge for you this month is to use multiple photos on your layout. I find I often get stuck in a rut of just using one photo on each page I create so I was well up for this challenge.

Use a Filter they said...

The idea for this layout started last month when I was looking through my phone for Selfies & I found all these crazy snapchat filter photos & thought they would be fun to use together!!

I used Crate Paper All Heart paper range in the main and created my own cut file as my title which I cut on the Silhouette and backed with a sheet of patterned paper.

I added torn patterned papers up each side of the cardstock as a base for my photos. I printed four photos a similar size as the polaroid frames then over laid them running down the sides.

I had a look through the rest of the All Heart collection & added stickers, chipboard, puffy phrases filling any gaps with little stars.

This finished page really makes me laugh!! 

I managed to include 4 photo and still have the feel of white space.

Hi, Amy here today sharing with a layout that features multiple photos. I am a scrapbooker who more often than not uses just one photo on a layout. So this month was quite a challenge for me. I decided to go with 3 photos, placing them in a row with the larger one in the middle.

I created a mixed media background using distress oxides and a stencil, as well as some stamping. I used 3 colours to create 3 zones, one for each of my photos. 

I layered a few muted coloured patterned papers and doilies behind my photos, as well as used some thread for texture. On the larger central photo I also used some white leaf and branch die cuts.

I added a title using two types of Thickers and finished the layout with some ephemera, a butterfly sicker and some enamel dots.

Snapchat Selfies | Keighley Brennan | Multi Photos

Hey UKSA, Keighley here today sharing my layout for our theme this month. Scrapping in A4 I find it slightly more difficult to use multiple photos without filling the page, I like to keep things very minimal so I decided to go with 6 2x2 photos, keeping the photos small meant they wouldn’t fill my page leaving room for embellishments. 

I picked these photos of Darcie from Halloween 2018, with it being October I just had to use some Halloween photos and the Happy Haunting collection from Simple Stories. 

I started off by putting my photos into a grid, a grid is a fab way to include multiple photos onto a layout. The empty squares I embellished with die cuts, stickers and chipboard from the collection. I added my grid onto a pink cardstock background, I don’t use coloured cardstock backgrounds often and this is something I definitely need to do more. I finished with a title and some sequins.

Gorgeous| Zoe Hailey| Multi Photos

Hi Everyone

Welcome to October and our theme of multiple photos for the month. I hope you enjoy creating some layouts and taking inspiration from what the UKSA ladies have come up with.  I love trying to get more than one photo on a page, as it helps me catch up (whatever that is) with my scrapbooking!

I've created my layout using some photo booth images that I had from a friends wedding that we went to in June. I had four pictures but a friend photo bombed us in one, so I left her out!

I worked with some of the last of my Unforgettable stash from Cocoa Vanilla Studios, trying to pick up the brown from the frame in the images with the background wood grain paper. Yet again I ended up cutting out loads of those beautiful flowers. 

It is not often I design a layout with multiple images vertically down my page, it took me a while to find a composition I was happy with, but I got there in the end!

Other than the Happiness collection, I have managed to use some Tim Holtz tiny word stickers (which I adore), some Nuvo drops, a freckled fawn foam word and the amazing 'Gorgeous' from Bramble Fox.
